Soqoor Al Tanmiyah provides a concealed ceiling framing system made from cold rolled steel complying with ASTM C645 and C527, BS 2989, DIN EN 10147 with a hot dip galvanization of coatings G40 (Z120 g/m²), G60 (Z180 g/m²), G90 (Z270 g/m²) as per request.

Drywall ceiling system components are available in thickness range from 0.35 mm up to 1.0 mm, and length ranging from 3m up to 6m upon request.

Shadow line wall angles (W-angles) are manufactured in powder coated & galvanized steel upon request in three sizes: 19x19x19x19 mm, 25x25x25x25 mm, and 19x9x9x19mm with thickness range from 0.4 mm up to 0.6 mm. Shadow line wall angles are manufactured in 3 m length up to 12 m upon request.

Being a modern substitute for traditional cement/brick walls, gypsum boards whether wall partitions or ceilings provide noise reducing and fire resisting systems with space saving at the same time. Available in Regular, Moisture Resistant, Fire Resistant, & Moisture and Fire Resistant qualities. Manufactured in thicknesses of 9.5mm, 12.5mm, 15.0mm, 16.0mm, and 18.0mm with a width 1.2 m and length range of 2.4 m to 4.0 m as per request. Gypsum boards are manufactured in Square, Tapered, & Beveled edges.

Lightweight non asbestos cement boards are composed of Portland cement, cellulose fibers, & silica sand to provide fire resistant and non-combustible systems used in internal and external applications. Cement boards are manufactured in 6, 9, 12, 15, 16, 18, 20, and 25 mm thickness with a standard size of 1,200 x 2,400 mm. Custom sizes can be provided based on quantity upon request.

We provide a wide range of economic, aesthetic, & easy to install mineral fiber, metal, and PVC laminated gypsum ceiling tiles. Available in various sizes, qualities, thicknesses, patterns, and edge details.

• Acoustical Mineral Fiber Tiles : Provided in both metric and imperial sizes with thicknesses 12, 15, 19, 22, and 25 mm with various edge details Square (SQ) and Revealed (SLT, FLB, FL). Mineral fiber tiles are manufactured in regular, moisture resistant, & fire resistant qualities achieving different acoustical ratings (NRC and CAC).
• Metal Ceiling Tiles : We offer a wide range of antibacterial Lay-in, Plain/Perforated metal ceiling tiles installed with exposed grid (T24 and T15) systems and Clip-in, Plain/Perforated ceiling tiles installed with concealed suspension system. Thickness ranges from 0.6 to 1.4 mm in accordance to various sizes of 300x300mm, 300x1200mm, 300x1500mm, 600x600mm, 600x1200mm, and 1200x1200mm.
• PVC Laminated Gypsum Tiles Manufactured from quality plaster boards with PVC facing and aluminum foil backing. PVC gypsum tiles are cost effective lightweight ceiling tiles that provide humidity/fire resistance. They are installed with exposed T-grid suspension systems. Available in various patterns in metric and imperial sizes with thickness of 8.0, 9.5, and 12.5 mm.

A concealed suspension system made from galvanized steel sections designed to support metal pan tiles in which the sides of the panel are gripped by the spring action of the system. Thickness ranges from 0.4 up to 0.7 mm in a standard 3 m length. Other lengths are manufactured upon clients’ requests and based on quantities.

To withstand extreme environments, we provide exposed grid system with hot-dipped galvanized steel body and painted aluminum cap for additional corrosion and humidity resistance. These include the popular 24mm face grid and the more slimline 15mm face grid as well as Fineline grid system.

• T24 grid system Available in Intermediate Duty, Heavy Duty, and Fire Rated Duty. Face width 24 mm.
• T15 grid system Available as Fire Rated Duty only. Face width 15 mm.
• Fineline grid system Fineline acoustical suspension system allows for easy ceiling access, while its narrow slotted profile, with a 9/16" wide face and a 1/4" reveal, hides the suspension system behind acoustical panels. Its 1/4" slot accommodates partition attachments and pendent mounted light fixtures. Available as Fire Rated Duty in White/White and White/Black colors upon request.

Access panels are designed to primarily provide access for maintenance and all necessary adjustments for services within wall and ceiling systems. Suitable for commercial and domestic installation in both stud and masonry walls, as well as suspended ceiling systems. We provide a wide range of sizes upon request in both non-rated and fire-rated access panels.

Using thermal insulation will reduce the electric energy used in air-conditions with 30 – 40% as the thermal insulation will eliminate the heat flow through walls and roofs. Also it offers protection of the building materials from the temperature changes and provides acoustical and fire resistance in wall & ceiling systems. We provide different types of insulations such as Rockwool insulation, Extruded Polystyrene insulation (XPS),, and Expanded Polystyrene insulations (EPS), in various sizes, thicknesses, and densities as per clients’ request.

Corner beads (Trims) are designed to provide straightness, durability, and protection to edges and corners of drywall systems after which it’s concealed with joint compound to have neat smooth finished edges.

• J-Trim : available in 25x13 mm & 25x16 mm with thickness of 0.4 and 0.45 mm.
• L-Trim : available in 25x25 mm & 25x32 mm with thickness of 0.4 and 0.45 mm.

Ready-mixed all-purpose joint compound, asbestos free, and low VOC emitting product suitable for all three coat applications as well as skimming coat applicable on all types of plasterboards. Available in 28 Kg, 15 Kg, and 5 Kg pails.

Reinforced tapes add strength and crack resistance for smooth finish at flat joints and inside corners.

• Fiberglass Joint Tape Designed with a cross fiberglass construction to provide greater drywall joint strength and resist shrinking, tearing, and distortion.
• Flexible Metal Corner Tape Specially designed to provide straight strong corners on any inside or outside angle. It’s fast and easy to install and resists edge cracking and chipping to eliminate costly job callbacks.
